Abstract
This paper focuses on the sexual and reproductive health of the adolescents. It specifically addresses the issues on whom should tell the adolescents and when they need to be told about sexual and reproductive health related issues. The focus on adolescent sexuality is in line with the Millennium development goals which recognizes the fact that the rights, safety, health and well being of children and young people are imperative to a nations development
